Breathing has a direct influence on sleep quality, stress regulation, energy, cardiovascular health, and nervous system balance—yet dysfunctional breathing patterns often go unrecognised.

This work focuses on identifying and improving these patterns so you can breathe more efficiently, feel more regulated, and support better sleep, recovery, and daily function.


Breathing Reset Program with Nicky (6 weeks)

This is a structured, one-to-one program designed for people who want to create meaningful and lasting change in how they breathe and regulate their nervous system, particularly in relation to sleep disruption, stress, anxiety, breathlessness, and low energy.

Unlike a single assessment, this is a progressive 6-week process that actively retrains breathing patterns and supports integration into daily life.

Most clients looking for lasting change choose the 6-week program as their primary pathway, with the assessment used as an optional starting point where appropriate.

How we work together

This is not a single session or a set of techniques—it is a guided process with progression and support across 6 weeks.

You will receive:

  • A detailed initial assessment and personalised plan
  • Ongoing refinement and support across the 6 weeks
  • Daily practices tailored to your needs and capacity
  • A symptom and progress tracker so changes are visible over time

If we work in person, capnography (breath biofeedback) is used during selected sessions to provide objective feedback on breathing rate and carbon dioxide levels.


Program structure

The program includes 5 structured one-to-one sessions over 6 weeks, with additional support between sessions to help you apply the work consistently.

If needed, an additional session may be added to support integration or address specific challenges.

Who this is for

This program is suited to people experiencing issues such as poor sleep, stress, anxiety, breathlessness, or breathing-related sleep disturbances who want to address the underlying patterns contributing to these experiences.

It is appropriate for people who are willing to actively engage in a structured process and commit to regular daily practice, as this is what allows meaningful and lasting change to occur.

This work is most effective when you are open to understanding how breathing and nervous system patterns influence how you feel, and are ready to apply simple, consistent changes over time rather than looking for quick fixes.

Breathing Assessment/First Consultation (120 mins)

This in-person or online 120-minute session is a detailed starting point for understanding your current breathing patterns and identifying factors that may be contributing to issues such as stress, sleep disruption, anxiety, or breathlessness.

It is often used either as a standalone assessment or as a starting point into the 6-week program.

During the session, we review your symptoms and breathing patterns and explore key aspects of respiratory function to understand what may be influencing how you feel day to day.

For in-person sessions (Sukhumvit or Hua Mark, Bangkok), capnography is used to provide real-time biofeedback on breathing rate and carbon dioxide levels, along with a posture screening assessment.

Before your session, you will complete a detailed intake form. Afterwards, you will receive a summary of findings and a personalised set of recommendations.
