Improving and normalising your automatic breathing pattern can be one of the most positive things you can do for your health, fitness and happiness.
Contact me at nicky@nickyhewett.com to book a time for an initial chat, or if you are ready, to book your first consultation and assessment. If we have worked together before you can contact me to book a follow-up session or check-in.
Sessions are typically on Saturday mornings (Thailand time) but other times may be possible.
“I was surprised by the level of relief I got from using breathing to manage pain, it gave me strategies to focus on. I was impressed by how quickly I saw benefits when I used the breathing techniques introduced by Nicky. Focusing on breathing prior to and following surgery certainly helped with anxiety and pain management.”

“I’m beginning to feel the benefits of the breathing exercises and my energy has increased to the extent I don’t feel the need for constant bed rest! This is the first time in over two years since getting diagnosed with chronic fatigue. The breathing appears to be working to put my nervous system right when nothing else was. I’m amazed at how quickly my symptoms have subsided. Its motivating to keep going for sure.“

Breathing Assessment/First Consultation (120 mins)
This in-person or online 120-minute session is your starting point to assess your current breathing related issues. I’ll explain some of the essential respiratory science, and together we will learn and practice simple and effective breathing and relaxation techniques to improve your unconscious breathing pattern and help alleviate breathing related symptoms.
For in-person appointments (in the Sukhumvit or Hua Mark areas of Bangkok) we also use capnography to provide real-time biofeedback regarding your breathing patterns and rate, and conduct a posture screening assessment.
Before our appointment I’ll email you a detailed intake form to fill in and after our time together I’ll follow up with a report, daily practice plan, a supporting hand-out, and some helpful videos and audio resources.
Investment is NZD 250 or 4,800 THB. Direct bank transfer is available or use the link below to use Stripe.

“From my one on one sessions with Nicky I experienced more consciousness…. I felt in a peaceful relaxed state for a change. Now I find I can meditate in the morning. This is something I never thought I could do as my mind is always so busy with thoughts coming and going. What Nicky taught me was that it was my expectation of what I perceived meditation to be that was the block to achieving this place of solitude.”

“It is super interesting and beneficial even just to learn the facts about how breathing properly/not properly impacts your everyday life as well as learning easy practices you can do. I was surprised to learn the importance of always breathing through the nose.”
